Accurate Information
To provide the best care, we ask that you complete the booking form with accurate, up-to-date information. It is essentially important to include detailed notes about your child’s health, allergies, or any specific requirements.
Stay in Touch
Things change, and that’s okay! Please let us know if any health or contact details change before your programme starts. Safe science depends on us having the most current information at our fingertips.
Transparency & Peace of Mind: Our full safety information and detailed procedures are available for you to review at any time. Simply ask one of our team members and we will be happy to share them with you. In the meantime, please review our terms of service.
Once you’ve booked, we’ll email you an online intake form for each child. This collects key details such as medical conditions, allergies, emergency contacts and dietary needs. Completing these forms is essential so we can keep every child safe, happy and fully included during our 3-day science programme.
